The PAC Track

PAC Track tuition is all-inclusive (competition fees, costumes, show fees, master classes).

Auto-Pay: All tuition is handled via monthly auto-pay on the 1st. This allows our staff and instructors to focus on your child's training rather than billing details.
Multi-Class/Sibling Discounts: Our system automatically applies discounts to accounts with multiple students or dancers enrolled in more than one style.
Registration Fee: Each student is required to pay a non-refundable $20 annual registration fee to secure their spot for the season.

Grace Period & Late Fees: We offer a grace period until the 10th of every month. To keep your account current, please ensure payment is received by this date to avoid a standard $10 late fee.
Performance Status: To ensure every dancer is prepared for class and the stage, accounts must remain in good standing. Delinquent accounts may result in a temporary pause from performances or classes.
Stay in Touch: We value our dance family! If you anticipate a delay in your payment, please contact the Director right away so we can work with you.

Make-up Policy: We allow one make-up session per month to ensure training consistency. Make-ups must be taken in a class of a similar level and age group.
Parent Portal Access: To qualify for a credit, you must formally report the absence through the Parent Portal at least two hours prior to class time.
30-Day Limit: All make-up classes must be completed within 30 days of the missed date and cannot be carried over to the next semester.
