Video Requirements -

Dancers should be in dance clothes, with their hair pulled back from their faces. Does not need to be filmed in a studio. Make sure you say your first name, your age, and how long you have been dancing.

Petite PAC: Show your best right and left splits, show your best 30-second jazz improv, show your right and left arabesque

Mini PAC: Right and left splits, show your best 30-second jazz improv, right leap, left leap, side leap, elbow stand, either side cartwheel

Junior PAC: Right and left splits, 30-second jazz improv, 30-second lyrical improv, right leap, left leap, side leap, elbow stand, back bend from standing,

Teen PAC: Right and left splits, 30-second jazz improv, 30-second contemporary improv, right leap, left leap, side leap, front and back walkovers
